What a decision does not tell you
A published decision is a record that a claim was decided. It is not a measure of whether an employer is solvent, whether its accounts are overdue, or what its directors have done at their other companies. Employers also win a substantial share of the claims brought against them, so read the judgment rather than counting the entries.
