What a decision does not tell you

A published decision is a record that a claim was decided. It is not a measure of whether an employer is solvent, whether its accounts are overdue, or what its directors have done at their other companies. Employers also win a substantial share of the claims brought against them, so read the judgment rather than counting the entries.

Decisions are published by the Ministry of Justice and read live from the GOV.UK register. CheckAFirm does not host, edit or summarise them.
